Castletown Ale Drinkers Society are
a local group dedicated to raising money for charity and enjoying
themselves at the same time. Meetings take place on the first Thursday
of each month in the Union Hotel.

WORLD TIN BATH CHAMPIONSHIPS
 Each year CADs host the World Tin Bath Championship in the Middle Harbour, Castletown. The event has been run for many years and all the money raised from this event goes to local charities. You can read all about the 2006 Tin Bath championships here...
In 2004 the money raised benefited Air Ambulance,and a number other local charities. In 2003 all monies went to the Mighty Oak Appeal for a new Hospice.
